Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Increddy account and the personal data we hold about you at any time, however you signed in: Facebook, Google, Discord, an email code or a password.

1. What we hold

Your name, email address and profile picture (from Facebook, Google or Discord sign-in), your orders and your support tickets.

2. How to ask

• Sign in and create a ticket at www.increddy.com/help/create-ticket (topic "Other", subject "Delete my data"), or

• Write to us through www.increddy.com/contact using your account's email address.

3. What happens next

We confirm by email and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. Order and invoice records we must keep by law are kept only for the required period and are used for nothing else.

4. Remove Increddy from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, choose Increddy and select Remove.
